Some newer TV have built in BT otherwise most Tv will have an optical output and you can use something like this:

Hi Wiz33,

Unfortunately, the BT transmitter is analogue. I bought a 55 inch Samsung with built in BT and optical outputs. Nothing worked so had to take it back. This is frustrating. I'm going to contact my hearing aid company to see if there might be an optical transmitter available. Thanks for the feedback.

How about something like this. It will convert the Optical digital from TV to Analog for the BT transmitter of your hearing aid.
