My brand new55" 4k sharp aquos (purchased black friday) is showing a error page with Google up top and then right below it says: "400. That's an error. Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. That's all we know"

I having he exact same problem on my Sharp 55" black friday tv

Same TV, now the youtube logga comes up and no more. SW says up to date.

Same TV, Ive has the same issue for a couple months now... just recently amazon button is not working.. all firmware is up to date, all accounts are up to date, internet too. Fairly frustrating i am certain the service has just been dropped for those apps. Havent found any answers on the web.

I’ve had the same problem. Here’s the solution. Unplug your tv for 45 seconds then plug it back in. My issue was solved

None of those fixes worked on my new second hand Aquos ... everything else works fine, netflix, etc. is there a work around? another way to get to youtube???

go to setting- support -reset default
should fix the problem
