I'm wondering, is there a way to get the sound from my TV (Samsung 43 UHDTV) to play through my PC speakers? I have dual monitors (2 of the above mentioned) and everything rocks, looks and sounds great! But when I want to use on of the TV's to watch some Youtube or Netflix I would like to have the sound come through my 7.1 PC surround speakers for better audio then the TV has.

Just watch Netflix/YouTube on your PC, not on your (presumably Smart) TV. I don't know of PC GPU which supports ARC.

Other option is for your TV to have optical out, your PC to have optical in, and to user your PC as an amplifier.
