Question Image unrecognized

My Canon camera took a bunch of pictures that it now says "Image unrecognized" about.
Is there any way to fix this and recover the pictures.

These pictures are irreplaceable, since they're from a different country that I probably will never get to go back to.

Sounds like a possibly corrupted memory card. Have you backed up your images to any other device before this happened?

No, I had just taken pictures for one day, didn't have the chance to back them up,
