Question IMU for vibration measurement

Hello,
I have this IMU MPU-9250A-01 with the following datasheet: http/www.invensense.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/PS-MPU-9250A-01-v1.1.pdf, and I would like to know if it is capable to measure the vibration of a car while running on the road.
The on-board accelerometer on the IMU has a sensitivity of 16,384 LSB/g at ±2g. Can I detect the vibration of the car (resulted from the road roughness and not from motor or wheel rotation) with this sensitivity?
