In need of a live streaming Laptop

So i want to live stream to twitch in 1080p and i plan on using the elgato hd60. I know live streaming might use the computer a good bit when live streaming in 1080p so i would like to know a good laptop to do jus that. I don't need it for gaming or for video editing. So im pretty much asking for the best cheapest laptop that could live stream to twitch in 1080p. Thanks for the help
