Increase signal

I have samsung gts 5380k (bada os) use reliance network for internet . In my home just a only one place internet connect (3 ~ 5 signal strength) . It takes more time to find correct direction (rotate mobile in that place slowly) . 0.5 km tower. Any way to get signal in all places in just one room is enough .
Any signal boosters are available to do that (not like to spend more than 1000rs)

Network acc ( java registered ) lightly increase the internet speed but not work highly because of low signal . So any software or hardware available for boost signal strength .

Hardware signal boosters are somewhat expensive. 1000 RS basically translates to just under $19 USD. The least expensive cellular signal booster I've seen in the US costs $400 new.

Maybe you can find a used one that works with 3G in your country for a price lower than the equivalent of $400 USD. Regardless, it will cost you more than 1,000 RS.

No 3g signals here . using only 2g signal (1 mb(low signal) ~ 15 mb (max signal) max pre hour) but many time no signal so if I'm set any booster I know not get above 15mb per hour . So spend more than 1000rs is waste . If I have $400 buy a bsnl broadband (512kbps unlimited plan). I'm already said its a mobile (not browse in computer). So any way to buy or create a single booster at 1000rs is helpful information . So please help me in low budget.

The mobile already have a good receiver so I am just try to increase the signal strength . Because i am like to use internet at least 15mb per hour .
