my laptop have battery of 10.8 v but i need to replace it. And the thing is i want to keep battery of 11.1 v , it is possible

No you cant install a battery with a different voltage into your laptop
You risk causing serious damage and killing the laptop
There would be zero benefit to running with a higher voltage battery it would not extend the life
