I have a Vizio TV and bought a $60 indoor antenna that has a 65 mile radius and receives "4k HD" and claims it gets ABC HD, but I only get NBC, HELP

Solution
Try aiming the antenna in a different direction and re-scan for channels.
The antenna may not be very good. It's suspicious that an over the air antenna would mention 4k UHD which isn't available over the air. If the antenna is passive an active amplified one might work better.

I live WAY out in the hills and I've experimented with many indoor and outdoor antennas and one of my conclusions is that the best indoor antennas can't even hold a candle to even a middle of the road outdoor antenna.

Google "ABC OTA antenna signal" for the city you are trying to source it from.
I do believe ABC has started abandoning support for free OTA.

Go to this website and locate ABC after typing your zip code.
http://www.receptionmaps.com/Advanced-TV-Maps.html
Point the antenna toward the station.
ABC is not abandoning support for OTA signal. Quite the opposite.

Keep in mind that if your 65mile antenna is omni-directional & not multi-directional it may be 65 mile diameter and 32.5 mile radius.
You'll get 4K OTA when ATSC 3.0 (aka NextGenTV) comes into effect. It's already started in a few US cities like San Diego, Dallas & Chicago.
