inexpensive gaming laptop

So I am looking for a gaming laptop for around $900-1100. 1080p is fine but I would like somthing higer. I want it to run games like bf4 and gta 5 on 60+ fps on medium- ultra. i want somthing that is nice! thanks.a

Best you can get for that price is a Lenovo Y50.

The heating issue people are facing with the poor after sales, Y50 is a waste of money. Enlisting some better options in that price range.

An 850M is not powerful enough to power games right now @ 1080p. That is a fact, no more to it.

What y50 would you recommend and is there on in 4k?

A 4k gaming laptop will cost you upwards of $3500.

And then just turn the res to 1080p when you game.

I wouldn't suggest this because it would be a little less crisp than a native 1080p screen. Also, 4k on a 15 inch screen is stupid. They only sell 4k monitors in 27"+ sizes for a reason
