input channels keep flipping continuously

sony bravia 40, once tv warms up it keeps changing from input 1 to input 2, etc like the button is stuck

Turn it on until the symptom occurs again then take the batteries out of the remote ... if it stops then the remote is at fault ... get it fixed. If the fault continues it is the TV itself.
