I wish to buy Used laptops or Pre-owned laptops but in good - Well conditions , Where are places you recommend ?

If available to you, I'd opt for Dell's Outlet. I opted for a "scratch & dent" (which I never found) and it ran perfectly for over seven years.

Does the link not work for you? Shop for refurbished or "scratch and dent" laptops from Dell's Outlet Center. I purchased a "scratch & dent" laptop from them a number of years ago. I never found the scratch or the dent and the system worked perfectly for years.

How many, and where are you located?

The above mentioned Dell Outlet is one good source.
In the US, BestBuy also has refurbished laptops.
