Inspiron 1420, DDR2-800

I bought a Dell Inspiron 1420 with 1GB of DDR2-667 some time ago, and now that i have got some money would like to install 4Gigs of
<a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227251">DDR2-800</a>

I have noticed that Dell only offers DDR2-667 for this laptop, my processor is Core 2 Duo T8300 (2.4GHz/800Mhz FSB/3MB cache). DO you guys think that my laptop will work with that RAM? or will i have problems? Should i go for DDR2-667 instead?

Other specs:
Core 2 Duo T8300 (2.4GHz/800Mhz FSB/3MB cache)
1GB DDR-667
250 Gigs Hard Drive
8400 GS (Yeah it runs very hot, but have had no problems so far)

It will work just fine, though the RAM may downclock itself to 667 speeds depending on whether the chipset supports DDR2-800.
