Install OS with no CD or USB

I just received an old tablet. Its a Fujitsu Stylistic ST5010. Its basically a laptop, minus the keyboard. I just installed some extra ram, and it came with no hard drive so i through one in i had laying around. The problem is, I cant install an OS because there is no CD drive, and it doesnt seem to want to boot to a USB drive. Unfortunately im locked out of the BIOS.

I want to either install XP or Ubuntu. Dont care which. I just want the thing to mess around with, i realize its going to suck. I read something about how you could Netboot it, but i have no idea what this is or how id go about doing it. So any help would be great. Thanks.

You need to look at PXE boot then
