Hello. I have a laptop and it use to be fine but one day the internet just quit working for it.
The wireless internet works with other laptops/devices still just the same as always but this one laptop now says it is connected bottom right. When I click on network and sharing centers to see details it says:
IPv4 connectivity: internet
IPv6 connectivity: no internet access
that is the only thing I can think could be problem maybe its suppose to be IPv6? but how do I switch it back and how did it switch randomly by itself in the first place?
anyway when I try to get on a web browser it loads for days then it says there is no connection. Diagnosing option says no problems detected.
