I've been having a problem recently with web pages "freezing" on me. When I say "freezing", I don't mean that Internet Explorer stops responding and I have to use Task Manager to close it. What happens is when I type something, it does not appear, videos stop playing (but the sound continues going), and sometimes, the web page freezes entirely. However, if I move up and down the web page with the mouse wheel, the page "updates". If I had typed something and it didn't appear on the screen, moving up and down causes the text to reappear. If a video stops playing, moving up and down will update the image of the video to where it is at the moment, though it often freezes right away again. Refreshing the page is only a temporary solution; the problem usually reappears seconds later. The problem is bad enough that I had to type this post out in word, and then copy and paste.
