Internet suggestions to replace satellite in rural area

I have satellite internet which is expensive. I also have unlimited data on Iphone which I use most of the time. Any suggestions for getting internet on my laptop?

Does the unlimited data on your iPhone include hotspot or tethering ? Most plans don't.
