iPhone 8 battery problem after display change

Morning guys,
Today I replaced an iPhone 8 screen with a new one it’s working fine but now the battery won’t charge.
When I connect the charger it makes the charger connected sound. But the lightning bolt doesnt show next to the battery indicator and it says 0% to go for fully charged. Also the battery indicator stays put at 1% and the device resets itself every few minutes. I restored the device with a PC and iTunes, but the problem remains. Please help?

Do you replace the display at Apple or from a local repair shop ? If later, it is mostly because of the low quality display, or may be the repair guy have messed up with the battery or other parts. If you have got it replaced from Apple, they are the one to talk.
