Solved! Iphone connecting to old TV

I have an old (2002) Sony TV that I want to connect my iPhone 7 Plus so that I can watch You Tube Zumba exercise videos on my TV. The TV is not HDMI compatible, only the old-style red/white/yellow video input jacks. Anyone know if there's an adapter that you can get to get this to work. I know there are lightning cables out there, but the TV input end is HDMI. Thank you!

You can use the Roku Express for that https/www.roku.com/products/roku-express-plus
Keep in mind it will not look very good since the resolution will be about 1/2 to 1/3rd of what you get with a 1080 setup.
