I got the phone from my friend it’s locked with sprint how can I unlock?
I’m in Canada and phone is US.I call sprint they said tell us sprint num?

tell them is an inactive device

I told them they said if the phone is locked with sprint so the guy who got the phone from sprint he/she has to cal us
