Iphone3gs sound problem

So I dropped my iphone in snow, accidently - it was okay, the next day I started listening loudly to music with my friend and it randomly stopped - no sound works, only in my headphones - how can I fix it?

You more than likely shorted out part of the circuit connected to the speaker.

You'll need to take it to an Apple store to be repaired.
