Is 14 watts total peak power too low for PC speakers?

i think i've just found out why all the headphones i connect to my cheap speakers (http/www.logitech.com/en-us/product/ls21-2.1-stereo-speaker)
sound quiet, and USB headphones are always loud enough.
is 14 watts really too low? and if i plug my headphones into my computer headphone jack instead, no sound comes out??

no it shoud not be sounding quiet. Those are decent speakers. try adjusting your audio settings in windows, it might be that you have turn down the left and right channel volumes

also as for your headphones connecting directly to your pc, try connecting it to the port where you have the speakers connected. if you are using the front panel port on your pc for headphones, its probably not connected to the mobo.

well, i have tried absolutely everything. i have found all of the volume controls and turned them to max, even changed some stuff in the BIOS... still the same. but my USB headphones have perfectly good volume... too bad the left side broke.
but yeah, i suspect it's either the speakers' or my crappy Trust urban revolt headset's problem.
i'll try my new headphones on my speakers and the speaker port, tomorrow
