Is 680m sli powerful?

Hi im trying to get this laptop, which has an i7 3940xm, 32 gbs ram. Wondering what gpu would be comparable to in a desktop GPU. Also if someone else has this setup and can tell me some realistic performance. Thanks!

Below is a link to games benchmarked with that GPU as of 2012. The center column list mobile and desktop GPUs in order of performance. The GTX 680 SLI is ranked above the desktop GTX 960, but keep in mind that is with games from 2012 and before.
