Is a gateway nv53 good for gaming

i was just wondering if my gateway nv53 would be good for gaming i saw a pc resident evil game and was considering buying it but i am not sure if my laptop would be up to the task

500 gb hdd
4 gb memory
dvd super multi dl drive
TI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Graphics
Resident Evil for pc it was at best buy didn't really look at it cause didnt want to tempt myself spend 50 bucks on it than it be freezing up title know never saw it for a console system

Do you need to kno anything else
