I wondered if any have call centers in the US or UK?
where at least their English makes sense

Symantec is an american company.
Intel Security (McAfee) is an american company.
Malwarebytes is an american company.

However the location of the corporate headquarters doesn't matter because of one word.
Outsourcing... (Call Dell for support and you'll get someone in India.)
