Is "Can You Run It" Reliable?

I was looking to see if I will able to run "Watch Dogs" it kept saying fail and that I do not meet the minimum but I'm pretty sure I do though. I have 4GB of RAM, AMD Radeon 7850 and AMD 4350 Quad-Core. I may be able to run it but I'm not sure?

Windows 7 (64-bit) I have that and that is needed. I do not know anythinh else

You've got the game. You should have found out before you bought it. The CD cover usually has minimum hardware specs and operating system on it. Have a look. The tell us what the minimum specs are. Google it if you have to. Look on the Watch Dog website.
