Is CPU temp up to 88C for gaming Laptop is safe ?

I'm using MSI GT72S with GTX 980 and i7 6820HK.When Running many demanding game like AC Unity,GTA5 etc...my temperature is alway hit to 80 C,Can anyone tell me it safe or not ?

That's safe aslong as it doesn't go above 90 C as it can actualy go up to 100 C without effecting it but in long term it can damage the system so usualy a safe temp is about 10 C minus the maximum.
