Is it free to connect wifi on mobile using broadband

i connect my phone to wifi using by broadband. My phone is sony ericsson xperia x8.
i want to know whether it will charge my broadband bill or my phone bill

nothing if you have a dsl router with an antina of wifi it will be free because you are taking just a connection from it
