It is very powerful for a laptop, but it wont run quite everything on ultra

the gtx 780m is listed under pos. 18

and yes there a few more powerful laptops, though if you're going to spend that much i recommend a desktop, as it will be miles better than any laptop of similar price.

this laptop can run every game on ultra most likely. however there might be a few games where you would get low fps with ultra settings on. i dont have enough info to answer ur 2nd qestion
