Is it hard possible/easy to build a laptop

I was looking at building a laptop because I don't like the pre-loaded junk of bought machines. I was wondering weather its too hard to build one. The budget is around £400 - £600. Is it possible to build a laptop with that much and would it be worth it? Im not really looking to game to much on it (mabye civ 5 and games like that) on it just general use.

you can that dosnt mean its easy its actually really hard
just buy one from here http/www.xoticpc.com/
costomize it then get the no bloatware feature for like 30 bucks
got my gt 70 dominator pro here and got that featere voila!!! no crapware or pre-loaded junk
