Is it normal for a Gaming laptop to reach 60-65C while browsing?

I bought an asus ROG laptop 10 days ago with specs GTX 1060 6GB and a 12GB RAM and the temperature during browsing the web or downloading anything reaches 60-68C even when the fan is in overboost mode(maximum speed). Is it normal or should i be worried?

try to clean the fans , maybe having some dust
and try to install ( kaspersky ) and clean your laptop
dont open programs while you browsing
check your room temp.
i hope that will help you :)
