Is it okay to have an AV real time protection and Malwarebytes real time protection on at the same time?

Pretty much every browser is HTML 5 compliant now, IE FF and Chrome. Chrome uses WebKit which is meh.

Remember a virus is considered malware, the definition of malware covers everything harmful to your PC. But getting a virus per say is rare TBH. Normally these days people get trojans that give them junkware, adware, spyware and other of the same.

And that is fine. So long as you don't use one of the many junk AV softwares out there.

No, HTML5 cannot cause crap to be assimilated in a bad way, though it can by extension via JavaScript; the same holds true when using a XSS attack to meet a similar purpose. Likewise, the same can be said about cookie-hijacking, too. A popular tactic these days is using the canvas exploit.

It goes back to my post above. A hack is only useful if there's a large statistical probability indicating that the attack will work. No one is going to write a modern day exploit that targets a particular browser which practically no user uses, like, lynx. On the other hand, there is a much better chance that the attack will work when you understand the psychology (specifically, that people are lazy and don't always update their software) and understand the anatomy of the exploit.

You can get Malware-bytes Anti-Exploit to help minimize getting malware in the first place. The free version protect your browsers, the premium version protect your Microsoft words and other programs if you download docs and stuff.

Yes most of the time Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium, and a primary anti-virus works fine together.
