Sure. It will fall off eventually due to the vibration. And you may hear the lamp buzzing due tot he vibration.

But having a lamp on it won't kill anything.

Loud, cheap speakers resonate more, so they will move things that are on them.

More acoustically competent speakers do not resonate anything like as much (cabinet resonance discolours the sound from the drivers) - so the better the speakers, the louder they will go before they wobble enough to break a lamp 😉
