Is it possible to change the processor of inspiron n5010 to Latitude e5500

I am having a dead inspiron n5010. Processor and hard disk drive can be retrieved. I am having a Latitude e5500 also. Can I replace the processor and the hard disk drive of e5500 with n5010.

hard drive yes, cpu no as not even pin compatible
