Solved! Is it possible to convert the LVDS from my laptop motherboard to a VGA or HDMI output for an external monitor?

I have a dell inspiron N5110 15R,few days ago my lcd is broken.Now i am planning to use the laptop as a desktopi have a external monitor with its own power supply,the problem here is the dell motherboard will keep beeping as the there is no working internal LCD,the self check will not be completed hence it will keep beeping.I have an idea where i can use a lvds cable to connect the internal display output to some type of LVDS to VGA/HDMI converter and connect it to my external display,is this idea working?
I have a secondary video output on my laptop motherboard,but the beeping is annoying as the laptop will not happy without a internal lcd display.

Yes they make LVDS to standard video output adapters. Never used one myself but just do a web search and you will find them.
