Is it possible to have a screensaver running while listening to internet radio?

I sometimes listen to TuneIn on my Samsung UE40HU6900 television via an Orbitsound soundbar.

Showing on the TV screen is a rather boring looking list of radio stations and other buttons.

Does anyone know if its possible to run a screensaver type pattern instead of the mundane TuneIn skin.

If that screen is set from the TV, check with Samsung but highly unlikely.
