Is it powerful enough?

Hi, i would like to buy a laptop with below specs:

Specs:
Intel Core i-7 4720HQ (6MB L3 cache, 2.60GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4GB GDDR5
16GB Dual-channel DDR3L RAM 1600MHz
Full HD IPS Display 1920x1080
1TB SSHD + 128GB Crucial M550 mSATA SSD
Windows 8.1 Single Language

Here are some my qustions:
1. I would like to install a second OS (maybe Mac OS) in this laptop, so will it slow down my laptop's performance and which way should i use to install the second OS (Dual-boot or VM)?
2. Can I play games like Minecraft, Team Fortress 2 in high settings?
3. Where should I install the first OS and the second OS?

You have confused me too...

Why the second OS? Never heard of Windows users wanting Mac OS...usually the other way round. Can't help as I have only done the revers (Win on Mac).

Yeah you can play Minecraft and TF2...some of the lighter PC games out there...

The "first" OS will hopefully be installed on the SSD...what you do with the second...only the Apple gods know

Because if I buy MacBook, it does not has a such powerful spec 😉
