Is it safe to pair Bose Companion II's with Fiio E10K?

Solution
The Fiio is more likely to damage the Bose than the other way around.
The output of the Fiio headphone amp is higher than the Bose is designed for so you have to be careful not to overload the input of the Bose.
Start with the volume of the Fiio all the way down and turn it up slowly.
If the Fiio is too low you may get background hiss when you turn the volume up on the Bose.
If the Fiio is too high you will get nasty distortion regardless of the volume setting on the Bose.
Once you get it set use the volume control on the Bose. PC volume should be all the way up for best sound quality.
