is it safe to run my laptop on AC with out a bettery

hello bought a used laptop from my uncle and it didnt come with a battery so i ordered one my question is is it safe for me to run the laptop with out the battery or should i wait till the battery arrives in the mail?

Yea I've done that with my laptop for weeks. It just sends power directly to the laptop so if it gets unplugged it will turn off but if its connected it will be just fine.
