Is my hard drive ok?

Is an avg of 3.MB/S read speed and 800KB/S write speed a normal healthy speed for a hard drive?
I heard that hard drives normally have around 50MB/s write and read or maybe I'm mistaken.

Idk what you mean by connecting too, but my specs are in i7 6700, GTX 1070, 16 GB RAM, and don't know the MOBO.
