Is my laptop fine for now, or?

I have a dell inspiron 14 3443 with 4GB of RAM, intel i5 CPU and 2GB of nvidia 820M graphics. I mostly use my laptop for web and app development. So, would this laptop do for me or should I be thinking of getting a new high end laptop? If not, for how much time will this laptop do the job for me?

You are using it right now? do you have issue with it? upgrade when you think it running too slow

after you clean it out like temp files & whatever as windows does not do that out on it's own plus make certain you run your anti-virus\spyware\malware programs as they can slow a computer down.
