Is my laptop too old?

Hi.I just bought used laptop at low price,because i need it for my school.
It is acer extensa 5635Z.
Intel T2200 Dual core 2,2 ghz
Ram 4 gb ddr3,
Intel hd graphic.
I just realise that this laptop is about 6 years old.
Can he last at least 2 years more?
Temps are
Cpu idle 40
Motherboard idle 60 - 70 .
HDD idle 35 Sentilnel shows no bad sektors and used 189 days.
I need it only for word and internet.

You did the smart thing. a cheap used laptop is always the way to go for school!

it is an old laptop but it is more than sufficient for school work.
