It is said min requirement was gtx970, and you have slightly better gtx1060.

But the cpu is a bit weak

You could try out the vr effect first, see if it stress out cpu or not.
No need rushing to buy mew cpu, am4 supports new cpu up to 2020.

Hi I’m wanting to build a gaming PC, so I decided to plan the parts first and then buy, and then build. But I just figured out how to build a budget VR system, so I wanted to do that. But I’m a beginner, and I know some people who build BIG budget PCs for their first build, and then they don’t work. So I wanted to know if my PC is enough money for a beginner’s PC, and if it would work properly.http://
