is Netflix preloaded on PlayStation 4 Pro? Or do I have to download it into my PlayStation?

I cannot find Netflix on my brand new PlayStation 4 Pro, or any of the streaming apps.

It should be on the "TV & Video" section on the home interface (Select the Netflix icon and it should start downloading). If it's not there, have you tried searching for it on the PlayStation Store?

You need to download it, it doesn't come downloaded but it appears on the TV & Video section where you can download it directly from the PlayStation store
