I am wondering whether or not I need a sound card for these RoseWill Speakers.

No, you do not. Motherboard sound is a lot better than it used to be, especially on high-end boards.

I highly doubt you will notice a difference between integrated audio and a dedicated sound card with those speakers.

Modern motherboards will have integrated HD sound that will be adequate.
