Solved! Is the HP 15-ra000nk a good laptop ?

I want to know if this laptop any good for light use like surfing the web, watching videos on youtube, downloading and specially can it read 1080p 10-bit bluray videos ?

Not really. Celerons are extremely weak processors. Look for an i3 at the minimum, preferably with 8 GB of RAM. 4 GB is barely enough these days when Chrome gobbles up memory, and 1080p Youtube/other things push the lower end integrated graphics/processor relatively hard.

Also, if you want 1080p, look for a laptop with a 1080p screen. That one is 720p.

I know that it has very low specs compared to other laptops but laptops are very expensive in my country and my budget is so limited that's why, if you can kindly tell me its display type ? Cause i cant find it anywhere

It's 1366x768

An i3 from any generation 5th and up would be an improvement over the Celeron. Even if it's used.
