Hi everyone, sry for the stupid question, but I wanted to buy a refurbished laptop from this site, and I wanted to make sure its not a scam and really the dell outlet store.

Yes because if you notice it euro.dell.com that dot means that it a subdomain of dell.com which is dells main site so yes it is legit

If you want to be extra safe/sure then go to www.dell.com, select your country at the bottom of the page on the right and then go to the Outlet from that page.

Cheers mate. Seemed legit, but I figured better to ask and be stupid, then give credit card information to a scam site and be very stupid
