I have a generic tablet running android 10. It is hard bricked and freezes when booting regularly or into recovery mode. I don't own a PC so I was hoping to convert a recovery program from windows so I could use it on my phone to reset the tablet.

PCs, particularly running Windows, have a completely different architecture than an Android phone/tablet, so this isn't going to work, even if you found such a program.

Yes but someone whom I won't shame bricked it. Now I'm trying to fix it.

Trying to use a Windows recovery app isn't going to work. I'm sure you have tried re-rooting the device. Do you know how the device was bricked? While attempting to do what?

Not that I am aware of that actually works.

If we can determine what device you have, it might be possible to restore to its original image.

Because nothing can be easy I don't see any brand names. Taking the cover off I see the ram is Rayson rs256m32lzr, CPU mediatek arm mt8168v, ssd scy e32gcsaf. Not sure if this trail of bread crumbs helps narrow down an image.
