Is there a way to connect movie box to my Samsung tv through my iPhone without jailbrake?

I have an iPhone with movie box and I want to watch my movies on my tv but I can't seem to find a way to do that without jailbrake I have tried lots of different things to get it to work please can anyone help

Uh... anything that you display on iPhone screen can be mirrored to TV via HDMI cable or wireless AppleTV?

do you mean just a normal lighting to hdmi cable?
Ps don't have Apple TV if I did I would just air play it
