is there an app that make a movie play in my phone if it says no thumbnail

When I try to play the movie in my phone it says that there is no thumbnail .what should I do??

I find that odd that it would say something about a thumbnail as that has nothing to do with playing a movie. Nothing at all.

What kind of movie (avi, mov, mp4, etc.) are you trying to play? And what app are you trying to use to play it? Or is it from a website?
